Get involved, make a difference.
Volunteers form an essential part of Karen’s Equine Intervention. Many people, both students and adults in the community, donate their time to work with our horses and other animals.
We need volunteers to help with facility maintenance, care and upkeep of the animals, and community engagement. Though our volunteers may not need the therapy, volunteering is therapeutic, and makes a person feel good about themselves and about others.
People with recorded minor offenses may also earn community service hours, as we are approved by the FL Department of Corrections.
Join us by volunteering a few hours each week. Please call us for more information or to schedule a farm tour.
